DataNavigator is the HeuvelTop framework for building web applications.
Basically a business information system consists of a database for storage and a application to work with the stored data. DataNavigator also stores the application in a database called the repository. Storing an application as structured data forces the developer to think before write.

The structured storage of application elements prevents a lot of code and therefore a lot of bugs and complexity.
